If my long nursing career taught me anything, it’s that staying active is an essential key to health and longevity. That’s why we’ve made it the mission of this challenge to find ways to help people enjoy moving their body so much that it becomes a habit. We strive to help them discover all of the physical and mental benefits of exercise and to find activities that they enjoy so that regular activity becomes part of their everyday life instead of a chore.
