Delivery Information

When will I get my order?

We send out digital Welcome Packets by the next business day via email. All other challenge schedules can be found in your order confirmation email.

For most merchandise, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. This slight delay is because most of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Exceptions include: Water Bottle, 365 Gaiters, 365 Buff, all patches, all pins, and all stickers. These items are fulfilled by us and usually ship out the next business day.

The shipping time for all of our products depend on your location and shipping method, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 2-8 business days

International (Canada): 10-20 business days

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed in the cart and at checkout. We mostly use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping your orders.

Since we use a 3rd party on-demand printing company for fulfilling most of our merchandise, there may be separate shipping costs if you purchase multiple items. As a general rule, apparel items ship together. At checkout, you will see the number of packages and the total shipping rate for your order.

Where will my order ship from?

We are based in the United States. As of now, we can only ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. You can also view updates on your order – including your tracking link – via your account at any time. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at admin@365milechallenge.org.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at admin@365milechallenge.org with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
