Return Policy


All registration sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any of our registrations.


We apologize for the inconvenience, but we don’t offer returns or exchanges for any merchandise on our store once it’s been fulfilled. We use an on-demand order fulfillment company, so we can only refund or change your order if it has not been fulfilled (usually 3-7 days after the purchase date). If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every apparel item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, if you receive the wrong items or damaged items, please email us at admin@365milechallenge.org with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
